Lead financial analysis for Variable Cost Per Contact (VCPC) projects to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence within Amazon's Customer Service organization. Partner with cross-functional global teams to identify optimization opportunities and deliver year-over-year cost improvements.
Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related analytical field with over 4 years of experience in financial analysis and process improvement. Proficiency in applying KPIs and experience with large-scale data mining tools like SQL is preferred.
