What you’ll do
As a CTP Claims Advisor, you’ll be the helping hand for customers as they navigate the CTP scheme and recover from their injuries.
You’ll:
Manage day-to-day activities across a portfolio of claims
Build strong relationships with customers and provide regular updates throughout their claim
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including medical and allied health professionals
Gather and review information to make informed decisions around treatment and care
Support customers through what can be a challenging and vulnerable time
Maintain accurate records and meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements
About you
You’ll bring a customer-first mindset and the resilience to support people through challenging circumstances.
We’re looking for:
Strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills
Experience in healthcare, medical reception, allied health, general reception or sales will be highly regarded.
Previous insurance or claims experience is desirable, but not essential.
A great phone manner and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using technology and learning new systems
A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
Genuine interest in building a career and helping people
