The Customer Development Manager is responsible for managing relationships with approximately 150 customers to drive sales and gross margin performance. They will solve customer problems through consultation and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.

Customer Development Managers (CDMs) report to the National Manager – Convenience and work closely alongside Repco Store Managers to build successful business relationships with target customers. With a sales focus, they’re supported by an effective CRM system and best-in-class promotional activities.
Ideally, you will be based in the Newcastle area, as the role requires travel to Port Macquarie and Tamworth, including approximately 2–4 overnight stays every three weeks.
Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving / machine operation.
