Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, SMS, and live chat to resolve product enquiries. Assist the Credit Team with loan applications to optimize the customer experience and reduce decision times.
Requires previous customer service experience with strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates must possess financial acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for highly organised individuals with previous customer service experience and well-developed communication skills. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be accountable for providing an amazing customer service, assisting the Credit Team and customers with applications and confidently resolving all product enquiries. We provide thousands of loans to customers each month and your contribution is important to optimise the customer experience and reduce the time it takes for a customer to receive a decision on their loan.
