¿Qué reto proponemos?
Buscamos Manager de Gestión del Conocimiento con KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) para un proyecto intrnacional del sector bancario híbrido en Madrid.
- Experiencia en gestión del conocimiento en entornos informáticos o técnicos.
- Adopción y adaptación de marcos del mercado informático, como ITIL v4.
- Imprescindible experiencia con KCS v6 (Knowledge-Centered Service).
- Diseño y mantenimiento de bases de conocimiento técnicas y para usuarios finales multilingües y en múltiples formatos (texto, imágenes, vídeos), incluyendo la definición de taxonomías y metadatos.
- Configuración y administración avanzadas de herramientas como ServiceNow Knowledge Management (Application y Portal), SharePoint Online u otras.
- Interpretación de métricas de rendimiento del conocimiento y su traducción en información útil.
- Integración de la gestión del conocimiento con IA/ML (por ejemplo, entrenamiento de chatbots, clasificación automatizada de contenidos).
- Inglés C1
