Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels.
Handle inbound customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency in line with company standards.
Accurately log and update all customer interactions and case details within the client relationship management (CRM) system.
Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate support tier when necessary.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's products, services, and policies to deliver informed and consistent customer support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and team leaders to continually improve service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
Meet and consistently exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team culture within the customer support services department.
Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role.
A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communication and training purposes.
Previous experience in customer support services, call centre operations, or a client-facing role is advantageous, though not strictly required — full training is provided.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
