En Mercadona Tech, la spin-off de Mercadona dedicada a transformar la experiencia de compra online de productos de supermercado, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Product Maker para unirse a nuestro Tech Hub en Valencia.
Se trata de un rol híbrido que fusiona al Product Manager y Product Designer. Es responsable de llevar a cabo iniciativas end-to-end, desde el discovery y la definición de métricas, hasta el prototipado y la colaboración estrecha con ingeniería para la entrega. Este rol cuenta con el apoyo de un Departamento Centralizado de Diseño que custodia el design system.
La misión de este rol es integrar la visión de producto y diseño dentro del equipo, acelerando decisiones y entregas.
Liderar el discovery (problema - hipótesis - validación) y convertirlo en soluciones testables.
Elaborar JTBD (Jobs To Be Done), PRD’s y user stories con criterios de aceptación claros.
Prototipar flujos funcionales alineados con el design system.
Definir y seguir métricas de éxito.
Colaborar con Ingeniería, Data y otros stakeholders (procesos, negocio…)para priorizar backlog, medir impacto y ajustar iterativamente.
Ser la voz del usuario dentro del equipo: traducir insights en decisiones accionables y comunicar avances, decisiones y trade-offs de forma transparente.
Experiencia demostrable en product discovery: framing de problemas, hipótesis, experimentación y aprendizaje.
Capacidad para prototipar y diseñar flujos orientados a validar y construir.
Dominio práctico de user stories, PRDs, JTBDs y trabajo con ingeniería.
Capacidades analíticas.
Buena comunicación escrita y oral (capacidad de alinear stakeholders y gestionar expectativas).
Soltura trabajando con design systems y guías.
Experiencia usando IA para prototipado/ideación.
Pensamiento de producto (impacto, priorización, enfoque en valor).
Disciplina de ejecución (backlog saludable, decisiones trazables, métricas al día).
Trabajar en un entorno híbrido (4x1): 4 días en la oficina y 1 día en remoto.
