Oversee end-to-end onboard inventory operations across F&B, Hotel, and Uniform categories to ensure financial accountability and service continuity. Lead the inventory team in executing spot checks, managing master orders, and coordinating loading strategies during port operations.
Requires a minimum of four years of experience in cruise or hospitality inventory roles and a high school diploma. Must hold a Food Safety/HACCP certificate and possess proficiency in computer-based inventory systems and English.
