Requires over 5 years of experience in commercial or DTC analytics, preferably within luxury hospitality or consulting. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented, skilled at analysis, strategic and highly organized professional with strong commercial acumen to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys, based in our offices in Geneva, Switzerland.
The objective of the role is to optimize DTC performance, identify and drive key levers, increase conversion rate to drive channel revenue, effectiveness and efficiency.
Optimize Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) performance by identifying and activating key growth levers that improve revenue generation across markets and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sub-channels, conversion, channel effectiveness and operational and investment efficiency.
