Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least one year of training experience within the BPO industry. Proficiency in English (C1 level) and Microsoft Office applications is required.
We seek an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Moderation Trainer. In this role, your main responsibilities are:
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials;
Test and review created materials;
Maintain a database of all training materials;
Instruct employee training and onboarding;
Proficient English (at least C1 level);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Bachelors degree in any related field;
At least 1-year experience in training within the BPO industry;
