The Produce and Floral Manager is responsible for overseeing department inventory, pricing integrity, and daily operational processes. They also lead, coach, and train team members to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality product standards.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality fields. Proficiency in reading planograms and working knowledge of Microsoft Office are also required.

As the Produce-Floral Manager, you are taking the lead in managing department inventory, pricing integrity and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency and effectiveness and a passion for excellence to deliver results.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
