The Metalworking Specialist conducts onsite assessments to provide machining, welding, and grinding expertise that reduces customer costs and improves efficiency. They collaborate with internal sales partners to develop account strategies and educate customers on market trends and new technologies.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of experience in cutting tool or machine tool manufacturing/distribution. Proficiency in CNC operations, metal cutting principles, and previous field sales experience is required.

Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $80,700.00 – $134,500.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to $32,800.00, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
The Metalworking Specialist provides advanced technical sales expertise on machining, welding and grinding. This role conducts onsite assessments that enables customers to evaluate, select and successfully implement complex products and solutions. Support revenue growth by understanding customers’ business and technical requirements and develop presentations and demonstrations for solutions. The Metalworking Specialist collaborates with internal sales partners to provide insight and expertise to help our customers.
