The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating the best possible customer experience by clearly understanding customer needs; advising the customers on products to best serve the needs; processing orders accurately and timely; and handling all interactions with customers in a productive and professional manner.
Requirements
Employees must possess the ability to perform the essential job functions successfully and safely within the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Employees must maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are an essential part of this position, and as such sedentary work, repetitive motions, and substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are required to perform the work
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
