As a Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in bringing our brand experience to life by engaging with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
Be the face of Leroy Merlin in store, engaging directly with customers
Help customers identify products and solutions that fit their needs
Create a positive, welcoming, and helpful shopping experience
Drive in-store sales through effective product knowledge and customer interaction
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Support the overall performance and success of the store
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
Be the in-store representative of Leroy Merlin, engaging directly with customers
Assist customers in identifying suitable products and solutions based on their needs
Deliver a welcoming, positive, and helpful shopping experience at all times
Drive in-store sales through strong product knowledge and effective customer interaction
Provide consistently excellent customer service
Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships
Contribute to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
Support overall store performance and achievement of sales targets
Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required
Operate POS systems and basic computer applications efficiently
Maintain physical capability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift/move stock when necessary
