The consultant will manage client queries, policy changes, and complaints within a call centre environment. They are also responsible for providing technical support, upselling products, and ensuring first-call resolution for policyholders.
Candidates must have a Matric certificate, at least two years of call centre experience in short-term insurance, and a full FAIS qualification. Experience dealing with service providers is essential, while RE 5 and CPD certifications are considered advantageous.

Key Purpose
To service clients in a call centre with policy changes, policy advice, complaints, escalations and all ongoing support once a client’s policy has been activated.
