The technician will execute daily service, maintenance, and retrofit works on BMS systems while ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. They will also conduct site surveys, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with subcontractors and customers to ensure high service standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Computer engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS commissioning, HVAC systems, and operations and maintenance is required.

As a member of this team, you will work within a dynamic environment that provides a platform for you to develop your technical and customer management skills.
As a Controls Technician, you will be the contact point for all team members and you will use your BMS systems technical knowledge skills to execute Maintenance, carry out full dilapidation reports, inspecting all BMS Controls, recommending system enhancements, upgrades and replacements as necessary. You’ll carry out and report on site surveys, root cause analysis, project progress with coordination of senior engineer.
You will understand the customer requirements and concerns by meeting them on regular basis and provide them required technical services, repair for Controls & ensure 100% customer satisfaction. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning and time management skills.
