The Project Manager will oversee seismic acquisition surveys from contract award to close-out, ensuring objectives are met regarding EHSQ, data quality, and profitability. They act as the primary client interface while managing vessel performance, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or maritime field with 5-8 years of project management experience in a maritime context. Offshore experience in seismic or subsea operations and proficiency in managing project financials are required.

What's the role?
The Project Manager - Operations will manage one or more seismic acquisition surveys from contract award through to close out meeting. The role is responsible for fulfilling the survey objectives including EHSQ performance, data quality and profitability. The Project Manager – Operations will act as the primary client interface following the project handover from the Sales and Commercial teams, until survey-end and the completion of project close-out meetings (internal and external). The role will also provide input as required for the Sales and Commercial teams for the purposes of tendering and marketing. Key responsibilities include:
