Job Purpose:

To support the management, development, and performance of Business Banking product propositions, with a focus on Enterprise Liability and Emerging Corporate segments. The role is responsible for assisting in product planning, implementation, monitoring, and enhancement to support deposit growth, liability portfolio performance, customer acquisition, product utilization, and business profitability. The role works closely with Business Banking relationship teams, operations, risk, compliance, finance, digital channels, and other internal stakeholders to ensure products are competitive, compliant, customer-focused, and aligned with Business Banking strategy. 

Principal Accountabilities:

Support the development and execution of Business Banking product initiatives for Enterprise Liability and Emerging Corporate segments in line with approved business objectives.

Assist in managing liability products, including current accounts, savings accounts, deposits, cash management-related propositions, and other approved Business Banking product offerings.

Monitor product performance, deposit balances, portfolio growth, customer acquisition, product utilization, fee income, profitability, and segment-level trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with Business Banking sales and relationship teams to support product rollouts, campaigns, customer propositions, and sales enablement activities.

Support product pricing, process enhancements, documentation updates, service improvements, and customer communication requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Assist in preparing business cases, product papers, approval documents, presentations, dashboards, and periodic management reports for Business Banking Products leadership.

Coordinate with operations, risk, compliance, legal, finance, technology, and digital teams to ensure smooth product implementation, governance, controls, and regulatory alignment.

Conduct market and competitor reviews to identify product enhancement opportunities and support the development of customer-focused propositions for Enterprise and Emerging Corporate clients.

Track issues, product gaps, customer feedback, and process challenges, and support resolution with relevant internal teams.

Ensure all product activities are carried out in line with internal policies, product governance standards, conduct requirements, risk appetite, and applicable UAE banking regulations

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Professional certification in banking, product management, cash management, or business banking is an advantage.

Minimum 3–5 years of banking experience, preferably within Business Banking, SME Banking, Corporate Banking, Product Management, Liabilities, Cash Management, or related financial services functions.

Good understanding of Business Banking products, liability products, deposits, account propositions, customer segmentation, product processes, pricing, and portfolio performance indicators.

Knowledge of banking operations, risk and compliance requirements, KYC, AML, customer onboarding, product governance, and UAE banking regulatory requirements.

Experience in preparing product reports, dashboards, business cases, process documents, and stakeholder presentations.
