We're currently seeking detail-oriented, reliable individuals to support clients by coordinating plans, managing logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
This is a fully remote opportunity designed for individuals who value flexibility, independence, and the ability to grow within a supportive, professional environment.
No prior industry experience is required — comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
Connect with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations
Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and key details with accuracy
Provide clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the process
Manage logistics to ensure a smooth and stress-free client experience
Maintain organization while handling multiple moving parts
