DEPARTMENT SUMMARY:
The Evictions and National Evictions Management Group manages evictions nationwide for Mortgage Service Companies, Banks, and Servicers. This is done through a proprietary web-based system which monitors files on a state specific basis.
JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, monitors Local Counsels’ activity during the eviction process and provides assistance to ensure timely completion of the eviction file process according to state guidelines. This may include, but not limited to, drafting documents using pre-existing templates. The position may be remote or based out of our office in Roswell, GA.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in a fast paced, structured environment, meeting key performance metrics, with a focus on quality and productivity.
Manage a portfolio of loans in eviction status, which includes timeline management, data entry, document preparation, invoicing and regular communications with involved parties.
Monitor and work with local counsel during the eviction process.
Ensure that clients are provided with regular updates containing pertinent details of eviction.
Submit invoices timely and within firm’s policy.
Regular communication with real estate agents, judges, sheriff, clients, and attorneys.
Return emails and phone calls.
Escalate any required issues to management as needed.
Collaborate with internal resources to provide effective solutions to clients.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
College Degree Preferred
Office Experience Preferred
Prior Eviction or Default knowledge a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and coordinate multiple changing priorities.
Ability to communicate with different departments, clients and attorneys.
Proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
Identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Able to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines/timelines.
Promote a positive work place, supportive of the company and department goals and objectives.
