Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure property quality, curb appeal, and rent-ready status of apartments. Support the Maintenance Supervisor in preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and responding to tenant service requests.
Requires 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Candidates must have basic computer skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call emergencies.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs necessary to meet CloudTen Residential’s high standards for property quality and curb appeal. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager in all aspects of property upkeep, including expense control, preventive maintenance, and compliance with state and federal safety regulations.

$20.00 - $22.00 DOE
