The patient access professional is responsible for greeting patients with kindness and providing hospitality services throughout their hospital visit. They will also perform administrative tasks such as insurance verification, registration, and billing.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Previous experience in insurance verification, registration, or billing is required, along with strong computer and organizational skills.
