The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of commercial properties by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. They also act as the eyes and ears of the site, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to their supervisor.
Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an outdoor, physically active environment. While prior janitorial experience is preferred, it is not required, provided the applicant can communicate effectively and use a mobile device for timekeeping.
