The Music Teacher is responsible for delivering music lessons using the Guitar Center curriculum while fostering student growth and retention. They will also partner with the store's Lessons Lead and maintain strong communication with students and parents to ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidates must have previous experience in music, education, or a related field and demonstrate proficiency in the instrument they intend to teach. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset are required to build and maintain a student base.
Pay Rate: $15.16/hr - $19.29/hr Non-Teaching Rate and up to $27.33/hr Total Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.
