The Design Coordinator serves as the final quality control checkpoint for event proposals, ensuring they are accurate and ready for production. They bridge the gap between design vision and execution by managing inventory, coordinating subrentals, and communicating updates to clients.
Candidates need 2+ years of experience in design-driven environments and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a valid driver's license are also required or preferred.
