Working hours: 19–22 October 2026 (event days; shifts assigned)

PT / FT: Short‑term volunteering (event‑based)

A major global HR conference is seeking student volunteers to support the delivery of its flagship 2026 event in Paris. Volunteers will gain hands‑on experience across production, event management, speaker coordination, media support and partnerships. Responsibilities include assisting with logistics, managing schedules, supporting high‑profile speakers, providing on‑site help, resolving last‑minute issues and contributing to the smooth running of the event.
