The Project Coordinator will support the planning and execution of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events by managing logistics, budgets, and onsite operations. They will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure events meet high standards while maintaining accurate financial records.
Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in event planning or venue sourcing and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, along with a collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events for high-touch clients. You will help coordinate event logistics, budget tracking, registration, transportation, food and beverage, and onsite staffing while contributing creative solutions and exceptional service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level event planner to build corporate event experience alongside a dynamic team of event professionals. Domestic travel is required.
