Actively engage with the Lip Lab community through comments, messages, and other community management opportunities.
Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for Lip Lab to participate in relevant and authentic ways.
Partner with internal teams to ensure social content supports broader marketing priorities, launches, and key brand moments.
UGC & Creator Programming
Lead the day-to-day management of Lip Lab’s UGC programming through Skeepers, including creator briefing, content coordination, asset management, and program optimization.
Develop clear and compelling creator briefs that inspire high-quality, social-first content aligned with Lip Lab’s brand and marketing priorities.
Review incoming UGC content and identify the strongest assets for use across organic social, paid media, and other marketing channels.
Partner closely with the Media team to identify and deliver high-performing creator and UGC assets that can be incorporated into paid media plans.
Maintain a strong understanding of what content is performing and apply learnings to future creator briefs and programming.
Influencer & PR Support
Partner closely with Lip Lab’s PR agency to execute monthly marketing plans, with a particular focus on Flavor of the Month and other key brand moments.
Support influencer gifting and seeding initiatives, including coordination and execution through TikTok Shop, instore bookings, etc.
Help identify relevant creators and influencers for brand initiatives, campaigns, and cultural moments.
Conduct creator outreach and manage communications throughout the partnership process.
Support talent contracting and coordination, ensuring partnerships are executed smoothly and in alignment with campaign objectives.
Maintain strong organization across creator outreach, partnerships, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.

Help ensure strong content and creator assets are being shared and leveraged across earned, owned, and paid channels.
Track and report on key social, creator, and UGC activity, identifying learnings and opportunities to optimize future programming.
Maintain clear organization across content assets, creator deliverables, partnership timelines, and monthly marketing priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
