This is a customer service/sales-focused position for someone who will not only foster and maintain business relationships with clients, but who will also have on opportunity to oversee and cultivate a team of professionals ultimately supporting them to provide sustainable value.
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with assigned GLI clients. This position is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through contract signing, and client post-service follow-ups for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
