We are seeking a talented professional to be recruited on a full-time position in our Finance Team in Sofia. The role will be covering for employee while they are on maternity leave.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing/generating invoices and credit notes through NetSuite
• GL coding of invoices in compliance with internal and external rules
• Appropriate and accurate VAT, WHT or other tax coding of the invoices in accordance with statutory rules
• Allocation of costs/revenue in compliance with internal rules
• Follow-up on approval of invoices and payments
• Maintaining accurate and complete vendor/customer tax, invoicing and bank account details in the NetSuite
• Reconciling AP/AR statements
• Liaising with suppliers/customers and business administrators
• Preparing and processing payment runs for AP role
• Working with internal systems
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting & Control, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Previous accounting experience
• Understanding of different accounting practices
• NetSuite experience preferred, but not essential
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Strong command of English – both written and spoken
• Pro-active, goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Accuracy and high attention to details
