This brings together production specialists who are experts in: video, digital media, and print, to produce award-winning content for leading global brands.
Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end production of voice-over (VO) requests for TV and radio and translation and transcreation projects briefed internally or directly by the client (assessing requirements, querying, collecting reference material, planning, quoting and scheduling)
Coordinating with VO talent, post-production teams and client service team to ensure brand alignment and effective messaging, sourcing and negotiating with in-market transcreators, translators, writers, and other suppliers, evaluating and monitoring their work, whilst ensuring meeting company margin targets.
Streamlining processes for VO content production, improving efficiency across teams and meeting deadlines consistently
Completing admin tasks, including reconciliation of costs, in a timely manner.
Preparation of files for translation or copy decks for transcreation, including creation of briefs.
Working with different CAT tools and project management platforms.
Ensuring the delivered copy follows internal quality procedures.
Building up and demonstrating clear understanding of our end client’s brands.
Maintaining glossaries and playbooks to ensure consistency across campaigns and projects.
Managing the copy review/approval process with agency or client, building strong client and stakeholder relationship along the way.
Supporting other teams on other language services projects.
Qualifications
Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge of a foreign language is a plus
Educated to degree level
Excellent computer literacy
Documented project management experience
Client facing experience
Experience in managing projects in media, sound or video production will be an advantage.
Nice to have: experience in advertising production services, preferably with a focus on language projects’ needs or in language industry
An excellent team player working very closely with internal stakeholder to coordinate multi-media needs across production services and ensure consistency across.
Pro-active, detail oriented, highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines and calm under pressure
Strong business acumen and negotiating skill
Previous use of CAT tools (preferably Trados or Phrase) or other industry-specific applications is a plus
