We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our growing team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately identify customer needs, resolve enquiries, and provide effective solutions in line with company and client service standards within the customer support services environment.
Maintain thorough and precise records of all customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions within the CRM system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments or senior agents, ensuring seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.
Proactively follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and uphold the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product and service knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices within the customer support services sector.
Collaborate constructively with team members and team leaders to contribute to a positive, performance-driven work culture.
Meet and consistently exceed individual KPIs, quality benchmarks, and service-level agreements as defined by management.
Native or fluent Norwegian language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants).
A solid command of English for internal communication and training purposes.
Previous experience in customer support services, a call centre environment, or a client-facing role is advantageous, though not strictly required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
