What your day-to-day will look like

• Maintain and continuously improve EBANX's Pricing Tool and the supporting pricing infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop analytical models, dashboards, and reports that generate actionable insights and support commercial, pricing, and strategic business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing inputs, business data, and operational processes remain accurate, aligned, and up to date.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies across the Revenue Strategy function.
• Support the evolution of pricing capabilities by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies, including AI-powered solutions.
• Perform business analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, helping guide strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, visibility, and project alignment.
• Prepare executive presentations and materials to support leadership discussions and business reviews.

What you need to shine in this role

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Pricing, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or other highly analytical functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and analysis of large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to improve business processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience building or improving scalable workflows.
• Experience using cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.

Bonus points if you have

• Knowledge of pricing methodologies, finance, or accounting concepts.
• Experience building internal tools, automation initiatives, or operational solutions.
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology companies.
• Experience with additional analytics and visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
