The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for maintaining the regulatory status of the product portfolio across Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Uruguay. This includes preparing dossiers, reviewing promotional materials, and ensuring compliance with local health authority regulations for new and existing products.
Candidates must hold a university degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs and an intermediate to advanced level of English are required.

What you will do
Responsabilidades
Certifica el mantenimiento regulatorio del portafolio de productos que conforman en Base Business de Argentina, Chile, Bolivia y Uruguay a través de la ejecución de las actividades regulatorias requeridas considerando los plazos y tiempos estipulados por las Autoridades Sanitarias y los negocios locales.
Revisa artes, publicidades y materiales promocionales para todas las franquicias de producto en Argentina y Chile.
Certifica la ejecución de todas las actividades regulatorias para viabilizar nuevos lanzamientos, relanzamientos de marca y/o cambios en los productos comercializados dentro de los plazos estipulados por el negocio y de acuerdo con los tiempos de respuesta de las Autoridades Sanitarias. Las actividades abarcan: El armado de dossier, pago de tarifas, actualización de sistemas y bases de datos, conservación de expedientes de registro y comunicación del status regulatorio al negocio.
Revisa y evalúa documentación técnica y científica para asegurar una interpretación precisa de la normativa sanitaria local vigente.
Acompaña, revisa y analiza los cambios normativos y nuevos requerimientos sanitarios con el fin de identificar los impactos en el portafolio de productos comercializado y viabilizar nuevos lanzamientos.
Asiste en el desarrollo de mejores prácticas para los procesos de Asuntos Regulatorios.
Realiza evaluaciones de cambios y planifica cronogramas para entregables regulatorios.
Vela por el cumplimiento de la normativa sanitaria vigente.
Calificaciones requeridas
Título Universitario en Química Farmacéutica, Química, Ingeniería Química o equivalente.
3 a 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de Asuntos Regulatorios.
Nivel de ingles intermedio - avanzado.
Calificaciones deseadas:
Experiencia previa en la industria cosmética o farmacéutica.
Portugués deseable.
