O Gerente de Rede de Aceitação da Greenpass será responsável por implantar e manter a rede de estabelecimentos parceiros que aceitam nossos serviços, garantindo a satisfação e a performance da rede.
Responsabilidades
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para onboarding e sustentação de novos credenciados da rede de aceitação concessionarias e estacionamentos;
Negociar termos e condições contratuais com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, visando a manutenção, crescimento e a rentabilidade da rede.
Gerenciar o relacionamento técnico com a rede de aceitação existente, garantindo a retenção, a satisfação e o suporte necessário aos credenciados
Monitorar o desempenho da rede de aceitação, analisando métricas de uso, transações e feedback dos parceiros.
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e otimização nos processos de aceitação e integração de novos credenciados;
Colaborar com as equipes de marketing e produto para desenvolver campanhas e funcionalidades que impulsionem o uso da rede.
Elaborar relatórios periódicos sobre o status e o desempenho da rede de aceitação para a diretoria.
Treinar e capacitar a equipe de suporte sobre os produtos e processos relacionados à rede de aceitação, inclusive treinamentos;
Qualificações**
Experiência comprovada em gestão de redes de aceitação, em especial no que se refere à questões técnicas de estacionamentos;
Superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação será um diferencial, inclusive o ingles.
Forte habilidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e tomar decisões estratégicas.
Conhecimento avançado do pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
