The Director of the Transformation Office leads enterprise-wide strategic initiatives to ensure rigorous execution, transparency, and sustained business impact. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in energy infrastructure, natural gas, or electric operations. A minimum of 5 years in leadership managing compliance programs or operational teams is required, along with experience working with regulatory bodies.

The Director, Transformation Office is responsible for leading the enterprise Transformation Office and ensuring the organization’s most critical strategic initiatives are executed with rigor, transparency, and sustained business impact. This role serves as the central owner of the transformation portfolio, translating strategic priorities into executable initiatives, driving disciplined delivery, and ensuring expected benefits are realized and embedded into the business.
Operating as a senior execution leader and strategic partner to executive leadership, the Director establishes governance, prioritization, and performance management across initiatives while enabling cross-functional leaders to deliver results. The Director ensures the Transformation Office functions as a results-driven execution engine, not a reporting function.
