Execution Oversight & Value Realization
Ensure initiatives progress from approved plans through implementation and into sustained operational outcomes.
Hold initiative owners and workstream leaders accountable for delivery commitments and realized benefits.
Proactively identify execution risks, capacity constraints, and change impacts, intervening as needed to keep initiatives on track.
Reinforce disciplined execution practices across planning, delivery, reporting, and retrospectives.
Leadership & Team Development
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Transformation Office team, including project/program managers and analysts.
Set clear expectations, coach execution leaders, and foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a role model for enterprise collaboration, constructive challenge, and results-oriented leadership.

Partner closely with functional and regional leaders to ensure alignment, engagement, and sustained adoption of outcomes.
