The Diesel Technician is responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing major systems on compact construction equipment. They must also effectively collaborate with parts, service, and sales departments while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment service operations, including proficiency in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical diagnostics. Strong mechanical skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks are required.
