The Co-Op will assist in estimating projects, developing scopes of work, and procuring materials through vendor collaboration. They will also support project management staff by tracking shop drawings and managing project documentation.
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited co-op program pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering. They should possess strong communication skills, self-motivation, and proficiency with computers and smartphones.

A successful Co-Op will gain hands-on experience in estimating projects and developing scopes of work, collaborate directly with vendors to procure materials and equipment, and support Account Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, and Superintendents in meeting job site and customer needs. As Co-Ops grow in experience, they will have the opportunity to contribute to projects from initial planning through construction and final closeout. Co-Ops are integrated into the team and provided with the training essential to delivering successful projects. Lehman Daman is committed to supporting the Co-Op’s continued education and professional development within the construction industry while helping build a strong foundation for long-term career opportunities.
