Designers provide consultative design services by meeting with customers to understand their project needs, style, and budget. They manage multiple customer projects from inquiry to installation while collaborating with store leadership to achieve sales goals.
Candidates must have at least one year of interior design or retail sales experience and possess basic mathematical and computer skills. A degree in design is considered a plus for this role.
Floor & Decor Designers provide a seamless start to finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty with the customers we serve. At Floor & Decor Designers are responsible for meeting with customers, listening to their project needs, educating them on all that is required for their project, and building a creative design concept that incorporates the customers personal style, lifestyle, and budget.
