COMANCO is seeking experienced and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, traveling to project sites, and operating heavy equipment on meaningful construction projects across the country, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of safely operating heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, loaders, and haul trucks. Experience with finish grading and GPS machine control systems is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to commute to local job sites when applicable. A clean driving record is preferred.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork. Compensation is based on experience, equipment proficiency, and qualifications.
