The Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical insulation projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role involves managing client relationships, supervising project teams, and monitoring financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction and proficiency in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings. A bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Job Summary:

ODI serves a variety of market sectors and is committed to safety, quality, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects from start through completion. This position may oversee multiple projects or business units simultaneously and is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. The Project Manager monitors project financial performance, maintains strong client relationships, coordinates with field and internal teams, and identifies and addresses project risks. This role also provides leadership and mentorship to project team members, supporting their continued development and overall performance.
