The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property's interior and exterior while ensuring resident satisfaction. Duties include performing repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as groundskeeping and preparing vacant units for new residents.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a valid driver's license. An EPA designation or certification is required, along with the ability to work overtime and respond to emergency calls.

The Maintenance Technician must be able to perform the following tasks:
