The Senior Program Manager provides day-to-day oversight and coordination for multi-disciplinary design packages within the aviation sector. They are responsible for ensuring technical delivery aligns with program scope, schedule, and quality while mentoring technical leads.
Candidates must have over 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or aviation design and hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario. Experience with complex stakeholder-led delivery models and project controls integration is strongly preferred.

In the role as Senior Program Manager, you will be supporting the Design Director in the day-to-day oversight of the multi-disciplinary design program. The role is accountable for maintaining alignment across concurrent design packages, ensuring that technical delivery is coordinated, risks are identified early, and outputs are delivered in line with program scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder requirements.
