The maintenance technician will perform general maintenance, electrical, and plumbing repairs to ensure properties are ready for new tenants. They are also responsible for maintaining grounds, tracking inventory, and completing work orders across multiple locations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and possess basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

This position also will help out all Washington properties located in Spokane Valley, Medical Lake, and Cheney.
