They also act as the primary safety representative on-site and manage project documentation, logistics, and team performance.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 7-12 years of experience leading large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. Professional certifications such as OSHA 30-hour, STS-C, and First Aid/CPR/AED are required.
