Preferred minimum of one year of property management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have knowledge of cleaning products and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
The Maintenance Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of community models, vacant apartments, and public access areas for current and prospective residents. The Maintenance Porter assists the Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor in general maintenance and repairs while ensuring compliance with State laws and regulations.
