The Project Manager is responsible for managing subcontracts, developing project schedules, and maintaining owner relations. They will also handle change orders, cost reports, and overall project budget forecasting for the Special Projects Group.
Candidates need at least three years of experience in small to medium commercial construction projects valued up to $5 million. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the ability to interpret blueprints are required, while a college degree is preferred.
