The Service Technician conducts on-site inspections and repairs for foundation and water management systems while building long-term customer relationships. They are responsible for diagnosing issues, recommending additional solutions, and ensuring all service documentation is accurately submitted.
Candidates should have at least one year of sales or construction experience and possess a valid, non-restrictive driver's license. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the physical ability to perform manual labor and travel for training.

The Service Technician is an integral part of the customer journey post installation. They focus on partnering with customers to inspect and service preexisting company installed foundation repair and water management solutions.
