This hands-on field leadership role is responsible for overseeing crew performance, ensuring job site safety, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on time with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
The Solar Foreman will manage and lead crews of up to 10 team members, providing technical expertise, coordinating daily operations, and driving productivity across all assigned projects. This role plays a critical part in forecasting, execution, and ensuring successful project completion in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
AGT is a solar contractor specializing in the design, procurement, and construction (EPC) of commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar energy projects for clients in Florida and the Caribbean.
