The Senior Project Manager oversees the operations and activities of assigned construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. They are also responsible for mentoring and training other project management staff while maintaining strong client relationships.
Candidates must possess a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 10 years of experience managing construction projects. Additionally, the role requires OSHA 30-hour and First Aid/CPR certifications, along with a valid driver's license.

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting management in the general business operations of the company by directing and overseeing the operations and activities of assigned projects. Projects assigned to a Senior Project Manager will typically be larger, more complex projects or multiple smaller projects. In addition, the Senior Project Manager may be responsible for the mentoring, development, and training of other Project Managers. The overall goal of the Senior Project Manager is to ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and which attains or exceeds profit goals, while promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company’s image.
